After our fun-filled adventure, we trooped to the Log Cabin for dinner, just a few meters away from the museum. Log Cabin is easily the most highly-regarded restaurants in Sagada. For over 20 years, it has been serving the western home-style cooking to travelers and locals alike.
As the name implies, this restaurant is designed like a log cabin, it’s ambiance seems to agree with the concept. The wooden furniture in the entire restaurant gives a slight rustic hint but not without a contemporary feel.
The food was good and very well presented, they serve big helpings enough for 2 persons. though service is nearly non-existent. If you want to order something extra or need drinks, just take the initiative and go to the counter.
If you wish to have dinner, be advised that you MUST order your meal in advance and make a reservation. You also need to pay a deposit of P 100 per person. Be there promptly at 7pm.
As per Log Cabin’s FB Page:
Log Cabin is open for dinner and the food MUST be RESERVED earlier than 3:00pm on weekdays. Every Saturday, there will be dinner buffet @ 390 each.
And of course, the mandatory group pictures!
